Brief The solid surface auto production line is specially designed for artificial stone manufacturing. It is fully controlled by the automatic PLC program and all kinds of slabs are completed automatically for casting, molding, ejection, and sawing. The production line is of advanced technique to ensure efficient production of high quality artificial stone. It is the best choice of manufacturers of building materials in the modern society. Technology of the artificial stone production line The automatic artificial stone casting production line is composed of a vacuum casting machine, a multi-purpose belt type conveyor, a flying saw, a liquid control device, an air control device, and an electric control box. It can produce different dimensions of slabs/sheets at the request of our customers. Controlled by the PLC program, it automatically proportionates and mixes the raw materials. When the raw materials pass through the casting machine, the air and moisture hidden in the raw materials are eliminated in the expansion tank by the vacuum pump in an extreme vacuum condition to produce slabs of high solidity and unity. During the mixing process with the auger/screw, hardener and pigment are automatically added. The fully mixed compound will be smoothly and evenly ejected from the casting machine, then carried away by the conveyor belt, and is finally cut by the flying saw after it fully hardens. On request, a thermal cover and heating equipment will be installed onto the major conveyor belt to speed up the hardening process and reduce the length of the conveyor belt. The artificial stone production line is made up of a vacuum casting machine, a multi-purpose conveyor belt, and a flying saw. 1. The casting machine is composed of a screw squeezing device, a barrel, a liquid flux meter, a cleaning device, a casting rack and a raw material tank, air and liquid control systems, and an electric control system. A high-speed screw system is used in the casting machine to strongly snip and cut the raw materials while mixing at high speed and helps the compound plasticize and well mixed. Hardener is added continuously and evenly in the mixing process to help the compound better plasticize so as to ensure the equal tension and high performance of the finished sheets. An imported highly precise gear flux pump is used in the casting machine and can be adjusted notch-free to supply all kinds of liquids in certain quantity. 2. The multi-purpose belt type conveyor is comprised of a major conveyor belt and an auxiliary conveyor belt. The major conveyor belt is divided into a material supply session, a flat rail session, an auxiliary powered roller session, an auxiliary non-powered roller session, and a major powered session. The auxiliary conveyor belt is broken down to a transition session and a sheet exporting session. The entire conveyor system is driven by 3 sets of motors. All motors are AC converter types and can be adjusted notch-free for the conveyor belts to travel synchronistically at a speed between 0.8 1.5M. 3 A flying saw is placed between the transition session and the sheet exporting session and cuts the hardened sheet on the conveyor belt according to the preset length.
