Vacuum Casting Machineis composed of rack, hopper, spiral compressed unit, vacuum unit, gear pump, cleaning unit, hydraulic control unit, mould transportation unit (mould style) or silicon production unit (silicon belt style) and PLC controller. The equipment adopts the American high accuracy gear pump to ensure the precise ration among each raw material during production and its flux system adopts anti-erosion valves.
